Nydlig arbeid av André Azevedo fra Brazil.
André Azevedo works and lives in Curitiba, South Brazil. He studied in Design School but realized what he would like to do in the drawing and painting’s area. His main medium is the combination of drawing, painting and sewing over fabrics and he also plays with sculpture, photography and cinema. André tries to create “frozen” images which give a movement sensation so he keeps over lapping pictures and matching different materials. The sewing is present in his work sometimes as a line, sometimes tangled creating different textures. The inspiration comes from watching people’s small gestures. ( sakset fra pressemeldig )
